Order Processing
All pieces are carefully prepared and many are handmade by local Thai artisans.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Shipping & Liability
Once your order has been shipped, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Heidi Coquette is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.
We strongly recommend selecting the EMS shipping method at checkout for faster delivery and added reliability.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not obligated to resend orders at our own expense if an incorrect address was provided.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Product Care & Responsibility
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, designed for durability and everyday wear. However, we are not responsible for damage, breakage, or tarnishing caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care. Please refer to our Jewelry Care page for guidance.

Cancellations
Heidi Coquette reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, without prior notice. This may occur in cases such as pricing errors, unavailable items, incomplete or incorrect payment/shipping details, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded accordingly. No additional compensation will be provided for any inconvenience, delay, or loss resulting from order cancellation.
