Due to hygiene considerations and the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at heidicoquettecontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Please note: we are not responsible for any tarnishing or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or improper care. We highly recommend reviewing our Jewelry Care guide to preserve the beauty of your piece.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
After your package leaves our hands, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments during transit.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply. The fee amount will vary depending on each case and destination.

International Shipping (Outside Thailand)
All international orders are shipped via Thailand Post:
• EMS: 5–7 business days
• Standard: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated based on Thailand Post pricing and will vary depending on the destination and package weight.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
